User Agreement

In exchange for access to the autonomous AI fleet, deployment infrastructure, and operating agents, Niche Fix (the "Platform") retains a 20% revenue share on all earnings generated by micro-SaaS products you deploy through the Platform. You retain the remaining 80% of all revenue your deployed products collect. The revenue share is calculated on gross revenue (before payment-processing fees, refunds, and chargebacks) and is deducted at the point of collection. By deploying a product or processing revenue through the Platform, you agree to this share.

Pro subscribers may deploy any niche discovered through the Platform's Niche Radar into a live micro-SaaS product. A product you deploy is owned by you — your user account is recorded as the product owner at the moment of deployment, and that ownership is what entitles you to the 80% revenue share described below. Only active Pro subscribers (and Platform admins) may deploy niches; free-tier accounts cannot deploy or own products. Ownership persists for the lifetime of the product and transfers the 80% revenue entitlement — and the 20% Platform share — to you for all revenue that product collects through the Platform.

Access to the Platform requires an active Pro subscription billed monthly at the published rate. The subscription fee is separate from and in addition to the revenue share described above. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund past charges.

The Platform deploys and operates micro-SaaS products using autonomous AI agents. You acknowledge that product performance, revenue outcomes, and market fit are not guaranteed and depend on factors outside the Platform's control, including market demand, competition, and third-party service availability. The Platform is not liable for revenue shortfalls or product underperformance.

The Platform continuously scans the market to keep niche opportunities current. Niche data, opportunity scores, and market estimates are generated by AI and are estimates only — not guarantees of revenue or market size. You are responsible for independently validating any niche before investing significant resources.

You agree not to deploy products that violate applicable law, infringe intellectual property, or harm end users. You may not scrape, crawl, bulk-download, or use automated tools to extract data from the Platform; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software or AI systems; or access the Platform in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it. The Platform reserves the right to pause, remove, or refuse to deploy any product at its sole discretion, including products that generate excessive refund or chargeback rates.

The Platform's niche-scanning methods, opportunity scores, market intelligence, autonomous agent architecture, prompts, and aggregated niche data (collectively, "Confidential Information") are proprietary. By accessing the Platform you agree to: (a) keep all Confidential Information confidential and not disclose it to third parties; (b) not use the Platform, its data, or its outputs to build, enable, or operate a competing product or service; and (c) not circumvent the Platform by taking niches, leads, or intelligence discovered here and executing them outside the Platform to avoid the revenue share. These obligations survive termination of your account. Niche data shown to you is licensed for operating products through the Platform only — not for reselling, relicensing, or building derivative datasets.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. The Platform may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, violation of these terms, or abusive use. Upon termination, your revenue share obligations on earnings collected prior to termination survive.

The Platform, including its name, software, autonomous agent systems, niche-scanning models, design, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by Richardson Incorporated. Deploying a micro-SaaS product through the Platform grants you ownership of that specific deployed product record and its collected revenue share — it does not transfer any ownership of the Platform itself, its underlying technology, or its AI systems. You retain ownership of any original content you submit; by submitting it you grant the Platform a license to process it through its autonomous agents to operate your deployed products.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect members to do the same. If you believe content on the Platform infringes a copyright you own or control, you may submit a takedown notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) to support@scale-bot-fleet.base44.app. Your notice must include: (a) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized agent; (b) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (c) identification of the allegedly infringing material and enough information for us to locate it; (d) your contact information; (e) a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized; and (f) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act. We will process and respond to valid notices in accordance with applicable law.
