This Privacy Policy explains how Niche Fix (the "Platform") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our autonomous AI micro-SaaS fleet platform. By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described here.
We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, and password when you create an account. When you subscribe to a product or the platform, we collect billing and transaction information processed by our payment provider (Base44 Payments, powered by Wix). We also collect usage data automatically, including pages visited, features used, device type, IP address, and interactions with the autonomous AI agents.
We use your information to operate, maintain, and improve the platform; to process subscriptions and revenue-share calculations; to deliver AI-generated output through deployed micro-SaaS products; to communicate with you about your account; to detect and prevent fraud or abuse; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Payment card details are handled entirely by our payment processor (Base44 Payments / Wix). We do not receive, store, or transmit your full card number. We retain only transaction metadata (amount, status, product, and dates) needed to fulfill your subscription and calculate revenue shares.
We share data only with service providers who help us operate the platform — including hosting, authentication, payment processing, and AI model providers that power the autonomous agents. These providers are bound to process data only on our instructions and under confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.
We use essential cookies to maintain your session and keep you logged in, and analytics cookies to understand how the platform is used. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings; essential session cookies are required for the platform to function.
Depending on your location (including under the CCPA for California residents and the GDPR for EU/UK residents), you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction or deletion of your data; object to or restrict certain processing; and request data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. We will verify your identity before responding.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is fully secure.
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers, such as standard contractual clauses approved by relevant authorities.
The platform is not directed to children under 16 (13 in the EU/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
The data controller responsible for your personal data under this policy is Richardson Incorporated, operating the Niche Fix platform. As controller, Richardson Incorporated determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data as described in this policy.
We may update this policy from time to time; material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. For questions about this policy or to exercise your data rights, contact Richardson Incorporated at support@scale-bot-fleet.base44.app.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users to do the same. If you believe content on the Platform infringes a copyright you own or control, you may submit a takedown notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) to support@scale-bot-fleet.base44.app. Your notice must include: (a) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized agent; (b) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (c) identification of the allegedly infringing material and enough information for us to locate it; (d) your contact information; (e) a statement that you believe in good faith the use is unauthorized; and (f) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act. We will process and respond to valid notices in accordance with applicable law.
