Product Terms of Service

These Product Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your subscription to and use of any micro-SaaS product deployed on the Niche Fix platform (a "Product"). By subscribing to or using a Product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not subscribe or use the Product.

Each Product is sold as a monthly subscription at the price shown on its product page. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Pricing may change with reasonable notice; existing subscriptions continue at the then-current rate until renewal.

Products are operated by autonomous AI agents. All output — including guidance, drafts, records, analyses, and recommendations — is generated by AI and may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Output is provided for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional judgment.

Nothing a Product provides constitutes legal, medical, financial, tax, or other professional advice, and no professional or fiduciary relationship is formed. Products serving regulated niches (such as notary compliance, pharmaceutical audit, legal, or medical domains) do not verify your outputs against the specific requirements of your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for verifying all output against current official requirements and for consulting a qualified, licensed professional before acting on it.

You agree to use Products only for lawful purposes, to provide accurate information when requested, to keep your account secure, and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for any consequences of relying on AI-generated output without independent verification.

We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue a Product or its features at any time. Where a material change affects an active subscription, we will provide reasonable notice and, where applicable, a pro-rated refund for the unused period.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of or reliance on a Product. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Product in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. We will attempt to resolve disputes informally first; unresolved disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States.

Each Product and the Platform behind it are owned and operated by Richardson Incorporated. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Product for its subscription term. No ownership of the Product, its AI agents, or the Platform is transferred to you.

If you believe any Product or Platform content infringes a copyright you own or control, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to support@scale-bot-fleet.base44.app. Your notice must include: (a) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent; (b) identification of the copyrighted work; (c) identification of the allegedly infringing material and enough information for us to locate it; (d) your contact information; (e) a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized; and (f) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act. We will process valid notices in accordance with applicable law.
